Early is a seasoned wrestler, bringing over 10 years of experience to WTF. He wrestled for Old Dominion University (ODU) from 2016 to 2020. Passionate about wrestling, Early is deeply committed to helping athletes of all levels reach their full potential. With a focus on technique, strategy, and mental fortitude, he strives to empower his students both on and off the mat.

Richardson graduated from Old Dominion University (ODU) where he was Division I wrestler from 2012 to 2017. He earned the NCAA All-American in 2015. He started his wrestling career back in his hometown of Jersey City, NY.

Motley is a distinguished figure in the wrestling community. As a former Division I starter at Old Dominion University (ODU) from 2003 to 2008, Motley honed his skills on the mat at the highest collegiate level, laying the foundation for his future endeavors in coaching.
Motley served as the Head Coach at Oscar Smith High School from 2013 to 2020. Under his leadership, the team achieved the 2020 6A State Championship, Oscar Smith High School’s 1st team title in program history. Notably, all 14 members of the team qualified for the state tournament, a testament to Motley’s ability to cultivate talent and foster a culture of excellence.

Lexi, a native of Virginia Beach, has been dedicated to martial arts from the young age of five. With an impressive 14 years of experience in Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu, she holds a purple belt in Jiu-Jitsu and boasts 7 years of competitive wrestling.

Robert Davis wrestled at Patch High School in Stuttgart, Germany, from 2009 to 2010. As a junior, he placed 3rd at the European DoDs National Championships, and in his senior year, he became the 135 lb Champion. He went on to wrestle for the Naval Academy from 2011 to 2014 at 133 and 141 lbs, though he never broke into the starting lineup. After graduating, Robert served as a Naval Officer, with assignments in San Diego, Kansas, Mississippi, and Virginia Beach, including multiple deployments to the Middle East and one to Europe. He now lives on Witchduck Lake with his wife, Myrrhiah, and their dog, Blue.

Kevan Gentile is a seasoned wrestler from Pennsylvania, with a passion for the sport that began at the age of five. After high school wrestling career, Kevan was recruited to wrestle at the Division 1 level for Bloomsburg University. Following his redshirt year, he made the honorable decision to join the U.S. Navy, where he continued to excel in wrestling as a member of the All-Navy Wrestling Team.
In recent years, Kevan has been stationed in Virginia Beach, where he has dedicated his time to mentoring and coaching local high school wrestlers, helping them achieve their fullest potential.
