To enhance our program and maximize the training and development of our wrestlers, we will be segregating classes into INTERMEDIATE CLASSES and ADVANCED CLASSES, effective Monday March 31st.

Please see the new schedule which runs through June 30th, 2025. Rate for 2025 is $ 100.00 per month, unlimited classes, effective April 2025.

IT IS IMPERATIVE that our INTERMEDIATE LEVEL WRESTLERS develop mastery of the intermediate level skills before they move on to ADVANCED classes.

Coach Lenny will determine which class suits each wrestler individually. At this time, we are not able to accommodate BEGINNER LEVEL wrestlers in our Intermediate and Advanced only classes.

There are plenty of great clubs around the Hampton Roads area to get your new wrestler started, and we look forward to working with them as they progress and commit to the sport.

WTF was created to be a high level, advanced technique training facility in a neutral setting, allowing the “iron sharpens iron” concept to flourish. We believe in a HARD / SMART / TOUGH environment that provides strong mentoring along with character development of our wrestlers.

Our mission is to help our wrestlers strive for excellence, being the “best that they can be” both on and off the mat. Our coaches are strong men of character, committed to our youth and all have had successful collegiate wrestling careers! Private lessons are available.
